Two reasons. First, the Pluto TV link works correctly on desktop but opens the wrong video on mobile — a quirk outside my control. Second, I can't host the episode myself the way I do with all the other clips here: Paramount, which now owns 48 Hours, sent me a copyright notice prohibiting me from "theatrically" streaming my own episode. So Pluto TV — which licenses it — is the only legitimate place to watch it.
