In Superior Court, Criminal Courts Building, Los Angeles as the Deputy District Attorney announces his office is unable to proceed retrying me for the murder of my mother citing destruction of evidence and death of witnesses - Sep 21 2009 (To be clear: only two potential witnesses were dead. My Dad, who would've been a stellar witness to my innocence. And Mike Ryan, who we can be certain murdered my mother. Both extremely good witnesses for me, and not an excuse for the State to declare unable to proceed.)
